I believe this is the only bar in Kalkaji which is a proper bar. It can be categorized as a lounge but has restaurant furniture and a few sofas. Overall, it has a decent selection of liquor and a full fledged a-la-carte menu. The appetizers are good, specially the ones involving chicken and beer is chilled.
Toilets are ok but as the night progresses, you would rather like to pee on the road than in there. Centrally located in the Kalkaji market, its quite convenient to walk to and from if you live nearby. You might catch some of the single oldies of GK trying to catch up over beer here.
