This is a rich red wine made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvigon grapes associated with the Bordeaux region of France. Matured in French oak casks.
This wine is one of the best Indian Wines. It has two types.. red and white wine. If you prefer somewhat dry wine you can go for the white wine and if you are not into dry wines you can go for the red wine.
This is one of the best wines I have tasted. Excellent taste. I prefer spicy food and with Indian Pakoras and Kababs the red wine is an excellent accompaniment. If you are into fish then go for the white wine.
The quality of the wine is very good. It has a beautiful crimson red colour and it is neither too sweet nor too sour. It is just right. It goes very smoothly down your throat and it hits you very subtly :). It is very easy on the palate.
Did you know that Chantilli was the winner of bronze award at the International Wine & Spirit competition,London in 1995.
Well that says a lot about this wine. Do try this out and yes dont forget to put in something spicy for better taste and yes have it with someone you love.
This wine can also be an ideal gift for your partner if he/she loves wine. :):) (Just a tip !!!)The price is pretty reasonable, costing about 300/- plus rupees.
Well I can go on writing about this wine but it will be of no use unless you swirl it in your tongue. :):)Hope you enjoy it !!!
