Not being prejudice to any one and having full confidence in Indian Constitution, I want to express my personal feelings on the need to censure the Private Channels to show the programmes on national security and glorifying Terrorists
On Saturday I was viewing India TV a programm which continued for 3 complete hours. A panel of experts were on line and the conductor of the programme was discussing.The topic of the programme was about Gay and Lesban.Two prominents personalities Horoscope Expert were present and replying the queries of many gay and lesian peoples around.
One most disturbing element was a Parade scenes of Gay and Lesb*ans on street and their kisses were being repeatedly shown.It was I think not necessary to show on full screen.
On Sunday IBN7 was showing a discussion a good number of people were their and on the dias many prominent pro and anti terrorism people were discussing on a topic
Whether Mohd.Afzal Guru should be hanged or not.One of the Kashmir Terorist was saying that Kashmir will burn and many innocent people will die if Mohd Afzal guru will be hanged.
This was a heated discussion but my observations were as follows?
1.When the request for pardon as per the constitunal powers of President of India is lying with President, is it not directly persuation or influencing him to pardon him or not pardon him.Were they not interfering and committing crime to comment on the matter subjudiced at the level of President of India
2.Secondly, in our country, why media was highlighting such issue before national and international viewers.showing how our law is so weak that any one can say what ever he want. Here in this case freedom of expression does not come when national security is concerned.
- Our country is already been notorious for its soft attitude. Here 13 years are taken for just declaring the person guilty or not guilty by our Judiciary System- TADA court.Again there is High Court and Supreme Court and President of India.So again 15 years.
This shows how much we are coward that any one can attack our Masjid, Mandir, Railways, Hijack our planes, attack our Parliament and J&K Assembly.
4 Just take example of Israel, the brave and advanced people.Their two people were kidnapped by their neighbouring people Nasrullah regime and they immediately attacked, bombared and taken revenge.
5.In our country, it is rightly said by terorists that just enter India thru their Bordering Trains, spent money in india to buy arms& ammunition, local people and blast trains, monuments and kill or attack any one and just after this runaway before they are caught.
6.Most surprising our Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir requested President of India to pardon Mohd Afzal Guru. How much coward we are.
7.If this continue, any can pre view that one day these terrorists or supporting country of terrorism Pakistan will attack our President House or Parliament thru Missile.
Our media should shut away from glamourising terrorism or evil things just to enhance their
TRP**.
This is the time when our present generation should think seriously what democratic judicial and law and order system we are giving to our future generations. Whether they will feel proud or ashamed of the then systems and their fore fathers. In what scenerio they will feel proud of us? I doubt it very much.
My question as a citizen of India is before all people, Are we waiting that time to come and again we forward to slavory imposed by Pakistan or US?
