All I can say this is one awful peace of junk of a movie! its basically a stupid cartoon, lets put it this way tom and jerry looks more real then this. Make sure you do not evan take your kids to watch this as your kids will also think its that stupid! The movie has opened to a poor opening and on sunday it stood still at 72 percent.It fell today to a massive 33 percent. Yes the film is on set to be deepikas first flop.and who would have ever guessed it would have come from Akshay kumar?
akki was supposed to be number 1 actor of Bollywood with this movie, but he completely fall flat just because of his repetitive he had done with his past movies: heyy baby, bhool buylaiyaa, singh is king and now cctc.if you compare the last 2 years releases of amir kahn and srk, you would see different types of movies.
STORY:
very poor story.singh is king was much better compare to zis one. *
DIRECTION:
when you see kal ho naa ho compared to salaam e ishk and cctc.you will see the hard work of karan johar.*
MUSIC:
xtemely poor music apart from tere naina.shankar ehsaan loy fail with the title track and mumbai se aaya mere dost is the weakest by babbi-tutul.
ACTION:
never seen a bollywood movie with chinese action before.so action is good.the only thing that I appreciated in this movie!
BEST SCENE:
1/ the introduction of akki in the movie
2/ the aeroplane scene is very funny
3/the climax that should have been serious but very funny.
4/ deepika twin treat
WORST SCENE:
almost everything.
PERFOMANCES:
AKKI- too repetitive role.im tired watching him with these type of roles
deepika- she is a winner all the way
ranvir- impresses
mithun- bakwaas. *
OVERALL:
very poor movie.and very bad start for bollywood in 2009.
