Do NOT get meber ship with Chandan Sparsh..What a disappointment! I took my 4 th member ship , I have been going at this Spa since last 4 years in Chandan Sparsh in Bangalore and guess what? They closed down without saying anything to anybody! And the managment of this company is " unreachable"In Bangalore there are about 600 members and None have been informed about...and some us got togethere and we are trying really hard to get anybody from this company to meet us and answer to us...nobody is showing up.
Reason for this is because they have not payed the rent of the place since past 1 year....and since 1 year they kept on selling member ship with careless regarding clients some people they signed up for member ship just few weeks ago! I do not rate this company as a reliable company , no matter what structure or equipment they have. They will just let you down at any time with no regards... Chandan Sparsh is a small part of a big group so for them it’s not really worth it to " waste" their money- time...employee have not been paid for couple of months, this is the real sad part. Employee have been working really hard and always making clients happy...now they are at home with no job...while management of this company must enjoying their wealthy life ! .. I think looking at our experience...none should sign for a member ship with this spa.
