Originality:

To me all music composers have their special types of music. There is one singer whom is known to have a golden voice, Sonu Nigam. I think that Sonu Ji is a very confident singer and he is not that type of person who just sings, he is that type of person who expresses his own feelings . He now expresses himself to all of us with his new album, ''Chanda Ki Doli''. His album has 10 songs composed by Sonu Ji and lyrics by Nusrat Badr. Sonu Ji now expresses himself with his new album, Each song tells you more about him.

Chanda Ki Doli:

The first song, known to be the best out of all which is the title song. The song starts of with it raining. The music reminded me of Adnan Sami. It was quite like Adnan Sami's music. The piano playing with the guitar. There isnt much I can say about this song. All I can say that it was a very nice song and that it was the best song from all the tracks.

Mujhe Tumse Milke:

The song first starts of with Sonu Nigam giving a little Intro. The song starts of with the piano again. The tune goes with the piano which made it a very impressive feeling. The words fitted in well with the tune. The violin shows the mood of the song. I likes the beat in the background of the song because it was quite impressing. In the ending the violins play with the tune of the song.

Chale Aao:

The song first started of with the guitar and I like the part when he sings ''Chale Aao'' it fitted in well with the song. The main beat in the background would make me want to just get up and dance to the beat. The flute playing with the beat as well in the middle of the song. The song was that kind of a mixed feeling of english and indian music.

Chale Aao (Remix):

The remix gave a better beat that the original. It wasn't as slow as the original either. Well of course remixes are faster and have a faster and bolder beat than the remix. In the song Sonu Ji sings in english for a few seconds. There wasnt as much english as I expected but it gave a feeling to just get up and dance. The melody of the song hipnotized me.

Pagal Hoon Main:

The song wasnt that good to impress me. I only enjoyed the part when he sings ''Pagal Hoon Main'' including the other 3 liines after that part. Only like one half of the song i'd think was good, I would give it 3 stars and the rest around 2. The background and main beat was not really impressive.

Rafta Rafta:

This song was My favourite out of all the songs. It gave me a very confident feeling and I liked the melody that is always in the song. It was kind of that Bhangra type of beat. It made me want to get up and go BALLE BALLE!!!!.......... Jus kidding. I enjoyed the part when he sings '' Rafta Rafta Nazar Ho Gaye Bhekabar Dehkta Hoon Jigar Tu Hi Aye Nazar.....''

Rehne Do:

It gave me that boring feeling. I didnt really enjoy the song. It wasnt that song with the tune matching the words. It just felt incomplete. The song made me want to go to the next. And this time im not kidding. It had no hummable tunes. I infact starte to yawn and fell asleep. Im so not kidding this time.

Tu:

The song started of like when a king was coming to his thrown. It had a nice beat and the guitar was the second main thing that I was concentrating on. The first thing was the words. Then the third was the violin. The wordings made complete sense to me and I found the song quite nice.

Tu Hi Bata:

This song was the same old typical film. It was quite ordinary. I think the main instrument that was used in this song would be called a steel pan. I found the wordings quite interseting. It was quite a different tune than others. And there are all sorts of instruments which I could not keep up with to igure out which is which instrument.

Tumne Mohobbat Ki:

This song had a very different feeling in it and it too did remind me of the song ''Kuch To Hua Hai''. The rythum of the song was what I enjoyed the most. It has that electric string rythum. I enjoyed the main piece of rythum in the song. It is nice to listen to this song when you feel in a good mood or when you want to feel in a good mood.

Out of all Sonu Nigam's albums this was one that I have enjoyed alot listening to his songs. I am a huge fan of his and I like all his albums. I think he has put alot of effort into his new album.
