A Teacher has a habit of asking a question to the class after he has seen a bollywood movie ....
When is a human's life said to be exciting ?
A few best answers he found from his students...
1) When itis fusion of fun/food/family and lots of love...
2) When u ve love in ur life
3) when u dont get bored...
my view aint all the answers concide in to one common ideology of bollywood film makers ??
phew well now straight to the point the films India {Bollywood} makes are well accepted by foreign circles..but well we had our share now bring in some difference...something peppy...IS ANY ONE LISTENING??
Check out for instance this movie Chalte-Chalte....is expected mixture of same old bollywood formulae...poor guy named RAJ*(just from director's point of view..but its only when he wears versace and cat n other designer stuff ...he joins middle class..well on to the point) guy falls for rich or shall I say upper class girl ...who is sweet n as cool as a combination of dew drop and honey named priya ( rani)..she is based in athens...poor boy in love with rich girl..{accepted we follow traditions well ie of bollywood formulae}...so what ??...yaar she is engaged to some other bloke who is her childhood friend sameer (jas arora)...now what ??..what will be the story ??...can't u expect it...hero woes heroin marries her...{argh shahrukh believes in no confrontation during marriages these days}...
But then the director thought wats the story have in for the viewers ...create trouble...marriage no longer as cosy as it seemed ..fights b/w miya biwi...chalte chalte marriage becomes bore n sore...one fine day ...hero's buzz in dumps to add mirch to the wounds ...heroin becomes mother hen and brings in 25 lakhs from no where ( as per the movie says advance from an australian contract for priya )...to know the truth will be kadva for any hubby poor raj wat will he do when he learns of the truth ...simple HELL BREAKS....alas need not tell the rest for it is self explanatory...
So What's in store for us from this movie
Repition of ''R''...phenomenon by shahrukh...
Expected story line ...
Refered promo's get ditched...
But But good performances with in the limits by Shahrukh and Rani..though talents are wasted with the Gypsy story line ....
A special mention needs to be done about Rani she is woo..:)she is a treat to watch.. if u can bear the nachna around the trees ....watch her out in the songs..
But a 3 hour nonsense is too much betta sleep @ home than get a headache after the strain taken to watch ..this !
