I saw this movie on a CD and was very much upset at the beginning of the movie as they have copied the story from few south Indian movies which I have already watched (I don’t remember the name of the original movie) however later I was glad to realize that it’s not an entire remake of the movies that I have already seen (They seem to have their own stuff too) which made it a bit tolerable to watch it.
The story is about an unsuccessful Govinda who gets a bus due to a case that he wins in the court and later he plans to run the bus and make it his business, the rest of the story is all about the problems that he faces in his new business and nothing else.
I think Director Priyadarshan must first realize if he wants to make a serious movie or a comedy movie, the genre of this movie reads “Comedy” but the movie is not. I could hardly find any comedy in this movie that I expected to see. It’s often said that comedy and tragedy are the 2 sides of the same coin however it doesn’t seem to apply in this case.
If you watch this movie expecting it to be a comedy flick, you are guaranteed to be disappointed however if you just want to watch a movie which is in fact quite serious but good, then you can go for it.
