Chak De India ! Ufff thank god I am out of the theatre now.
Chakk De Chakk De !! Something happens to us Indians when we listen to this War cry. Intriuguing, adoring and motivating. Sadly, A film titles Chakk De India doesnt really have the same effect.
This is a 3rd time YRF fauters. Shimit Amin tries his best, but YRF are so so very admant to infuse thier "Tear" "Tear" moment in it that it spoils the entire presentation.
The girls look less of hockey playes and more of Shiv Sena Activists. Shah Rukh Khan, Man what the F are you doing. After Swades I though that probably you give a good performance but looks like u concentrated more on that Loose Waist trouser, which u were desperately trying to Hold it up but using ur hand in the pocket.
But yeah man, your trousers are loose. Second you concentrated too much on those beards to make them look consistent through out the film. Good Job, but why the hell did you forget about acting. Man, Saying In-DIIII-AAAA with an surrogate accent and saying that U cant see any other state, in a manner that Hrithik in KMG said "Mere Papa ne Sikhaya" just doesnt work for me.
Sorry SRK you disspointed yet again. So yeah Swades and Don remain your best performances in Post 2000 era. I hope you never come back. And yeah I am sorry, I aint gonna spend another 40 Dhs on your next flick OSO and I wont spend any money on your movies now onwards. I ll rather wait for Bheja Fry -2.
The best part in the movie is its ending. The "THE END" plack at the end gave me a sigh of releif.
People may like this movie, but only those who are die hard, live none kind of SRK fans. my rating 2/5.
