Decent environment and very nice teacher. Review on Chaitanya School, Bangalore

I seldom post reviews. But I thought I must post this one. My daughter studies in HSR branch. Nursery class. I dont know why people have so far criticized the school left and right.

What we saw for our daughter with the two wonderful teachers for current year nursery class is really impressive. They have practically turned our shy daughter into a happy and jumping kid.

We speak strict gujarati in home and in contrast to what we thought would happen at school, the teachers groomed our daughter really well. There is no fuss so far about anything special. We see a decent campus, good classrooms and supportive teachers whom you can talk directly anytime. Daughter doesn't have any issues with teachers, she is a fan of them.

I dont think anything else is as much important than this in pre primary years. school observes one parent teacher formal day a 3 months but teachers are approachable always, and they entertain queries, they display stuff the kid is doing, you can relate and you know what your kid has been upto between those walls(most important). She comes back home singing poems and jumping.

Agreed that there are rough edges, like probably the homework could be stappled better in class diary, but thats nothing. I would personally recommend this at least for nursery, jr and senior I feel. The teachers themselves make a huge difference for kid and we have been lucky on stumbling on very good ones. I would wait to see further classes but at least for now, this seems perfect nurturing place to us for now - fit for a kid to break from home and start being an individual.
