I had brought a a 2bhk flat from century 21realty in rajarhat kolkata 2 years back.i signed a agreement of rs 36 lakhs for it.they said me they will hand me over this flat by december 2015 and I had already paid 50% of the money, but last year in december when I visited the site I was shocked on seeing the work had hardly progressed.
I immediately asked them to give me a written proof as to when they will complete the construction, they gave me in writing they will complete by september 2016.i am utterly frustated.i still dont see much progress in their work.i have taken a wrong decision by believing in them.i hope so I atleast get the flat or my money back.
