Central Cargo is doing everything that a company is NOT supposed to do.
1.Demanding full payment before shipping.
2.Delayed deliveries- sometimes 3 -4 times the so called expected time.
3.Disconnecting/not answering clients calls after taking money.
4.Threatening / talking rudely on phone.
5.and the Drama before unloading and damaging goods is their specialty.
6.charging for insurance but not issuing any receipt/ documents for same.
7.And last but not the least fake apologies(if at all) without resolving the insurance and other matters.
