Central Bank of India is a indian bank. And I am a member of this bank since 3 years. The Customer service and Net Banking are very poor of this bank.
Phone Banking Service is below average in my opinion. It should had been better but it is very average. ATM availability is also not so good. This Service is not present very day which is a very poor thing. Internet Banking is Good, it is not excellent but it is good. this service is fast enough to do our job.
Customer Service is very bad, they treat very bad to their customer. I hate this service of this bank.
