I have a Account in Central bank of india, Khalpara branch, Siliguri from 5 years I have no complaints at all from my bank. My first alc was in this bank only and the services and all have satisfied me always.Yes I must say in each and every criteria there are the best.I would like to divide my Review in Three parts : i. Basic Banking.ii. Online Transaction.iii. Bank staffs behaviour.i. So lets start with Basic banking as we know bank is all about trust and Central Bank of India has never broken the trust of its customers as far as security breach is concerned. They are really supreme in their security which is backed by the speedy transaction and much more. Basic banking is always the prirority of the bank. After opening the Account your welcome kit will be provided to you hand to hand the atm card will start working within 48 hrs. There are no messages charages for the transactionrelated messages and there are many basics things in which they have worked brilliantly.ii. Secondly the online transactions of Central Bank of India is really good and it is safe, fast and reliable and you will get the notification within few seconds on your cell phone . Online shopping comes with a Anmol points where whatever you transact through debit card your anmol points will rise and you can shop with that points its like money vouchers.iii. Last but the foremost quality of the bank has really supportive staff they have a very good and discipline staff members and Manager of the bank ia also very cooperative in time of demonetization where all banks were dealing to manage things hardly. Central bank of India has only permitted the alc holder to withdrawal their money.So it is all about my experience which I have shared with all of you if you have any further experience please comment below.
