I have a savings bank account in Central Bank of India Chetla branch. I am very satisfied with the bank and its services. The bank is very average kinda. It is very spacious and the ceiling is high like old time banks.
The staff is very cordial and polite. my account was opened within half an hour time. I had taken all my documents like voter id, pan card, passport and marksheets. I had filled up the bank account opening form with my photo.
The passport book was issued to me the same day. They also gave me a debit card which is easily accepted by many ATM machines free of cost.
The netbanking facility is also very convenient. Whenever I go to deposit some amount in my account it is done very quickly and easily. The staff is very active and hardworking.
I also have a recurring deposit account in the bank wherein I pay Rs 5450 each month for 120 months. After 10 yrs I would receive 10+ lakh rupees with no tds. I liked this scheme and have so invested in this.
A great bank with awesome service and facilities.
