Cent m-passbook app is E-Passbook app for Central Bank Of India account holder which gives complete details of transactions like paper passbook do. Concept of the paper is very good because you don have to rush at bank to to entry your passbook and it also saves paper as it eliminates paper passbook. But C.B.I. have very weak online banking so this app take too much time to process data. Sometimes when you want to see that if my transaction is done or not but error occurs in sync. Of data as I have uploaded screenshot. In app there is customer suppor number provided which is number of mumbai center. But no one attend call from that side you have to go for your branch to support. To generate CIF number which is log in id for the app OTP in register requires which come in 30 minute sometime.
So this app is very usefull but needs needs good evaluation.
