I was opening a new online store, where I thought I would go for CCAVENUE, because it had less fees.
When I registered for it in February 2015.
Automated mail was sent that they will review my website and then contact, Month passed by nothing came.(of course I went with other service -PAYU)
After 1 and half month a call came, only to say that we reviewed the website and it needs more stuff, (i mean what is this, are you my customers- or were u going to buy something)
What were this guys doing for 1 and half month(sleeping!)They didnt even reply to my support tickets or calls.
and on 23 September 2015 a mail came saying my account is disapproved.
WTH, Even if u approve my account I am never going for this stupid ccavenue service.They dont even refund money for failed transactions.(for customers). Instead PAYU is much more reliable and good admin dashboard.
