Nowadays lot of foreign companies come to India and aggressively sell their products with very poor replacement and repair as they tie up with incompetent and irresponsible people in India. that is why many of them lose ground and never recover.
I bought CATA CHIMNEY & HOB which is from Spain. As usual, the Sales force sell the product with tall promises. In our case, we had lot of problem installing the same. The Engineers did not even have the capability to install. Twice they came without appropriate tools and required accessories and did a shabby job. When we informed them that we will complain to their office, their response was "Do whatever you want". They even did not get our signature on the work note. Probably they signed themselves?
Within couple of weeks, the Hob grill on top broke and we were chasing the company and the distributor to fix it. No response from the company. Even a Registered letter to their Nairaina, New Delhi office has not yeilded any response for the last 3 months.
Please never ever buy products from CATA or companies which are not established in India.
