Never service your bike at Mahadevapura, ORR. Review on Castrol Bike Zone - Bangalore

Last week(29th July’10) I have given my Pulsar for servicing. This is the first time I gave my bike to any outside service point, it's been regularly maintained at authorized bajaj workshops. I have given my bike thinking that it is closed to my work place and also I will get the delivery by evening(EOD).

On fortunately they have delivered the bike in the next day evening, that too after visiting their garage. They even not bother to call the customer when the bike is ready, I used to hear from bajaj ppl when ever the bike is ready.

What ever problems I have listed in the work sheet are not been addressed, on top I have asked for Golden service package and they have not done that also properly. Before giving my bike it is not having any kind of front wheel shake problem. After the services it is pulling one side, and the handle bar is very tight. I have ask them to clean the chain as it is generating lot of noise, which they have not taken care. Still it is giving lot of noise. When I asked the supervisor he talks smartly and says the problem might there before and now after the service is appears. Last service when I have rectified all the fork problems how come they are coming now. He says once the problem comes with fork it will stay life long of the bike. I am surprised with the kind of answer. Instead of rectifying the problem he simply washes his hands.

Really after his reply I have realized the mistake of giving bike for service at Castrol Bike Zone Mahadevapura, Outer ring road, Bangalore. My sincere advice is not to give our loved bikes for service at Bike zone.
