Recently, I got my honda unicorn serviced at Castrol bike zone, Adugodi(bangalore)
The responsiveness of staff to my requirements was very pleasing part of it.
They have three Bike service plans.(Gold, Silver and bronze).
Gold covers every part of service and costs 375, Silver costs 275 and bronze 190.
Bike was serviced fast and quick with my complaints attended to.
Much better than showroom guys, who are pathetic to customer feedback.
I feel mechanics @ bikezone are professional atleast to me.
They only change parts if required. Not unlike honda showroom guys. who change parts whether they need replacement or not.
But one thing I noticed is, castrol water washing seems to be not so efficient.because I see some dirt on my handle bar fittings.
also I wish castrol makes it such that they change engine oil in front of customer.that will bring in more transparency.
Gave bike @ 11.30 AM.
and got bike service back @ 3.15 PM.
Total Cost= 500(including service and engine oil change).
