I made 2 orders at jabong.com via Cashback India.in on December 2016. Initially it did not tracked my cashback and I was also not able to submit a missing cashback ticket. But, later on, I chatted with the support team and they submitted my cashback manually taking details from me. Now, after 4 months when I asked them about my cashback, they just declined it, saying the merchant refused to pay them cashback. I asked them to take my order no. And even I would be able to send them screenshot of my order section so that can talk with the retailer again regarding the cashback but was of no use. Seems, they were not wishing to credit cashback to my account. I have been using other popular and genuine cashback sites like cashkaro.com, GoPaisa.com and TopCashBack.in since past 2 years and they are paying me regularly. Even if once in a while they were not able to receive cash back from the retailer for some reason they credited my account in the form of bonus, which is a good gesture from their side. So, finally I would ask others to avoid cashbackindia.in and use the other sites to get their cashback credited in their respective bank accounts.
