I had very bad experience with CASHBACKINDIA. They are just cheating with the customer. They are giving very poor service to their customers. Lots of time they missed to track our cashback. If we are trying to contact them they do not give any answer to our query. They are just giving online chat to their customers when we are new on their site, otherwise they are always offline.
We are trying to send mail for our queries to them but it doesn't work. In case of offline chat they just note the ticket but not giving solution on it. In case of missing cashback ticket they do not confirm it. I had lost more cashback even if I follow all of their conditions. They have one option for getting cashback on their site GET CASHBACK, if we click after searching desired store on their site we get this option on clicking GET CASHBACK we will redirected to desired site and after shopping normally we can get extra cashback in our CASHBACKINDIA ACCOUNT. We will get tracking confirmation with 24 hour of shopping.
They have more cashback if we are shopping through MOBILE APP. They have more cashback rates as compare to other site, but not benificial if they do not track.They have very poor tracking system so they must IMPROVE it. I am not satisfied with all of their services will strictly AVOID TO RECOMMEND ANYONE, please chose another option for getting extra cashback on your shopping. Totally fraud, cheated with customer never trust again.
