Terrible Place. Review on Casablanca, Goa

I would like to share my terrifying experience with all of you . I was travelling on business to Goa and was booked in this hotel as this was recommended as "One of the best 3 star properties in North Goa" by travelguru.com . When I reached there, I was greeted by a receptionist who was courteous and polite but unfortunately had to struggle to talk because of the noise arising due to quarrel between two fighting waiters. So my first impression was not that good.

Then I was given a choice of front side and rear side rooms. I chose front side as there was some construction activity going on for the rear side rooms. When I was going to the room, I had to pass through a narrow passage and a stair case making it look more like an apartment than a hotel and needless to say , not at all a 3 property. The construction quality was poor. The plaster had some cracks and the colours of the walls was not done properly. The flooring was average. I was told that there was internet facility available to which the reception lady denied completely. The staff was although courteous but was inefficient. Food took 45 good minutes after being ordered.Room was not cleaned during my entire stay.

Under the name of continental breakfast, the guests are offered canned juice, bread/toast butter and tea/coffee. While billing also the process was very slow. The swimmin pool was very small and was dirty. All in all, not worth staying.
