We went to Casa Severina in Goa for a 5 days trip. First night , we spent at a hotel near the railway station, after that we came to this hotel.In the night, we had to get up to because of itching. i thought probably it because of some other reason, but the same thing happened next time and we saw bugs crawling on the bed.
My husband complained to the hotel staff, but they said that nothing can be done immediately. Next day, they shifted us to a inferior level room, as no other room was available. Hotel manager was not to be found at any point in time.
It was a overall extremely bad experience as we paid Rs 5000 per day for the room. I suggest any one going there should check the room first and then confirm the booking.
