Took up the Casa Retreat membership in the year 2009 and never utilized anything till last month, Infact we completely forgot about any such package that we have purchased till recently, when we were planning a trip to Udaipur in nov, Its our anniversary on 18 Nov, so we planned to visit Udaipur as we have never been to this city of lakes, I approached Casa Retreat Pvt Ltd on 2 Nov 2011 and placed my request for booking at Udaipur, I was worried that since we completely forgot about this package, some of our entitlements would have lapsed but we were were happy to know that only our first year package was lapsed, even that the co. helped us in getting an extension and the same was confirmed for us at Udaipur.
We reached Udaipur on 17 Nov, we were confirmed at a place called Natural Resorts, as the name goes, the hotel was bang opposite the famous Udaipur lake, with an amazing view of the lake and the palace right in the middle, The hotel had all the facilities of a 3 star hotel, The staff was very warm and courtious and forever willing to help. The food was the best part, as we really enjoyed the true Rajasthan cuisine, All in all it was a wonderfull experience, Good we remembered about our package with Casa Retreat, Will look forward for more such holidays in future
