Truly, as described by many members on the board, Casa Retreat is indeed a fraud company. I am one of those unfortunate members of this deceptive company.
I have booked my first trip through Casa Retreat on 5th January 2012 to Wayanad, today being 3rd Jan, I have neither got any voucher from them nor I am aware of the resort or the place, where we will be staying, due to which we are unable to plan our sightseeing in Wayanad.
I have been trying to reach them desperately on phone, but as usual, the calls go unanswered. The complaint made to one Mr. Ravi in this regard has fallen on deaf ears.
When I visited the office last week, I was assured that the vouchers will be sent by courier or mail, but this again was a false assurance given by the employees, working at the Con Company Casa Retreat.
Now, I am not sure, if I will be going on this much awaited trip to Wayanad. I wish there was a way to prevent people falling prey to the ploy set up by this company.
Casa Retreat is nothing but a source of deep mental anguish.
