I booked 2 Innovas 4 days ago to come at 8 am on 28 Dec 2014 in ITC Grand Central Mumbai so that I can pick my arriving family to take them around before our flight to Goa.
I landed 11 PM on 27 Dec, got email from Hanumant from their Mumbai Office, to send my correct cell number, which I had already given during online booking, nonetheless send my cell number, with Hotel Name once again and even room number.
Unsure, I called their 24 Hrs Customer Service, spoke with one Mr Joshi who reconfirmed and that by 6 am I would receive all details of cars, their driver names and their cell numbers.
Until 0630 am nothing happened, called again, to be asked to hold on several times and with promise to call me back in 5 minutes. 10 minutes than again same thing, 3 times.
Finally at 8 am Delhi HO connected me to operations Mumbai in conference only yo hear that they didn't receive any email(blunt lie!) nor Mr Joshi informed them my cell number nor any other information or details. And Thank You, just a SORRY.
My family got stranded at Railway Station for 2 hours, and I could arrange another cast from the 5 star hotel at triple cost.
CONCLUSION: Day screwed. All plans flat, trauma and extra extra costs of hiring other cars after 2 hours.
I would never take their service and don't recommend to anybody, not just friends.
