Seriously man, these guys are really insane. First, they kept us waiting(along with family - including kids) for almost 1 hour, without any proper reason. Only one reason, sir(yes, they said sir), car is on the way.
Anyway, I got the car was on the way, some someone hit cycle wala hit the car from back at red light, leaving a tyre mark, which we really didn't notice.
However, while returning the car there are scratch mark instead of a just black tyre mark, which could be removed with a cloth only, and most importantly it was not at all there till I returned the car. I almost had a fight and I was about the break the had, I was not at all bothered about my 5K deposit, but was more concerned about what he was talking.
He called his manager, other people, but then he sensed my intentions, I also called a couple of guys and they reached on the spot within 10-15 minutes. Now, they had two option, return the whole amount and accept that he has himself marked those scratches(not just returning the deposit) or leave the car there itself till the case is sorted out.
But he didn't accept though returned the whole deposit.
Avoid them, if you can't fight
