This is VVS Reddy. By mistake I have ordered from u r Runnr app.
When I ordered for 4 items and paid through the OLA Money, after few minutes I got a call from Runnr saying that Canberry is not available and will refund the amount back to your account, that time instead of cancelling the order I said ok. So I got the three items.
When I am asking for Refund your people are telling that 1st transaction got failed hence need to ask the Mobiwiki where I have not done any transaction of mobiwiki.
I have not ordered 2nd time where u r claiming that 3 items delivered - the total of 3 items are below Rs 200(i.e. 46*3=138) why you people are not added the delivery fee. Hence it shows that from u r side u made the adjustment and send the 3 items else order will be Rs 138+ Delivery fee.
The customer care people are not in the position to listed what the customers are telling they just want to close the issue. The worst part is that to get u r customer care number or mail id it is very difficult.
Regarding the Chat application is completely waste the response is tool slow.
I want this one to escalate to all customers to know about what is happening with u runnr as I faced and they want to take customer money and telling lies.
Currently I am facing the problem but I want other customers also need to be know about the same as more people will be there to join with to spreed the words.
Please don't user the this application waste customer service.
