The worst AC and Service. Review on Carrier Window AC 1 Ton

I have bought this AC 3 months back in summer with lots of hope.Firstly I believed in the brand and its worth.Exactly after one week there is water leakage from the ac.I have called the service centre and filed the complaint.They didnt send the mechanic for 3 days and I keep on calling them daily.Finally the mechanic came and he is not at all interested in clearing our doubts and I have asked him whats the reason behind this leakage and he didnt answer for that too.They willnt pay attention towards our problem.Only thing they need from us is just Money.Coming to AC it is also not that good looking and in summer this didnt give effective cooling.It will take minimum 25 mins to make the room temp 26°c.The power consumption is also damn high.So please friends dnt purchase this waste product because we have to feel this is an AC but it is really a crap.
