First we purchased carrier split AC 1.5 ton flexicool, then it's like we have purchased an issue as well. After couple of months of purchasing , the water starts coming from the inlet, then after the service person arrived and for a short period it seems to be fixed. BUT, after few days the problem arrives again and the socalled carrier service person came but what they is totally a mystery because it doesn't seem that the problem is fixed permanently. AND now when the air conditioner warranty expired, they say "u have to pay for the solution but no guarantee it seems it's going to be fixed. SHAME.??
