If there was a 0 rating, I would have given that here for this third class company. Worst customer service ever. I have 2 other LG ACs and they are so prompt in their service and taking feedback. There is not turn around time for any request whatsover, it is just "As soon as possible". My brand new ac is not working at all and even in warranty period I am suffering so much.
I advise everyone to never go for carrier and instead go for bigger better trusted brands like LG, Voltas, Daikin etc.
