Carrier 1.5ton Split Ac - Poor Service

I bought carrier 1.5ton split ac superia just on 24th may 2015 under installation 399 scheme. On 25th got it installed by carrier installation 399 offer. The same evening some strange smell started coming from the ac, and the unit indoor and outdoor was making noise.


I made a complaint on 26th may.  To my utter shock the technician in his casual approach told me that all carrier ac make noise it is not a big thing.  If you literally buy this product you are going to have sleepless night. Please never buy this product.Two days later to my shock water was spilling from split ac.  I again complained.


Same guy turnedup on 29th only to say this time oh this happens, but the istallation done was wrong use of pipe, you should use thread pipe or pvt pipe.   He asked me to sign complaint sheet I refused as my problem was not solved.


Just about half an hour later I received a call same day from carrier aircon service centre


only to shock me that my newly purchased split ac on 24th may 2015 was not on warranty.


I called the dealer, the dealer refused to comment on that only checking still with carrier as to why this happened.  No one has sofar clarified so far on my warranty issue.


I have been shuttled between dealer and carrier service centre. Dealer says installation done by carrier I cant do anything, carrier says it is not in warranty check with dealer why he sold old unit.


But unfortunately carrier has not responded to me sofar.  I made 10 calls at 180030111111 everytime new customer service rep would pick here I go repeat my complaint from day 1 till 29th water spilling somewhat around 10 times I had to repeat this, they put every time on hold and after few minutes the line gets disconnected.


My suggestion to all new buyers be alert while buying product from this company, because ultimately this heat wave will continue to harass you even after buying superia 1.5ton carrier aircon, because it is noisier than your fan, very poor installation, warranty God only knows why not provided to me.


If company is reading this review please find a solution with my warranty and other issues.
