Let me share my experience of Carrier 1.5 ton octra inverter ac since I am using it for past few years is one of the best product as compared to other brand. The "CARRIER" brand speaks for the product quality. After few days of research and exploring all brands in the market I concluded that carrier octra inverted is the best in its class of domestic ac.
Due to the inverted facility I can experience the excellent cooling capacity which is not available in other brands, let me make this clear that I have also used other brands.
Inverter ac will give you a precision cooling unlike others, the compressor is automatically controlled by the inverter unlike other conventional ac where the compressor goes ON/OFF everytime which in turn demands for more power consumption.
Also carrier gives an excellent after sales support which is not available in other brands
