I bought 1.5 Ton Carrier Duracool AC from a Chennai based vendor. Everything was fine for the first three months. Then decided to get my first free service. Then only I realized there is no such thing from this vendor.
Initially I tried 180030111111.
This number always play the recording "All our executives are busy" Then it gets disconnected after some time.
I tried another number 31211111. This number never exists. Then I tried to get a local carrier branch. No one answers.
So I sent a mail to "customersupport.india@carrier.utc.com". I got a reply that mail box is full. What a poor service and management. I went to the retailer SHAS in Adyar. He got all my name and address. 2 days passed. Nothing happened. When I contacted him, he says, Carrier service will always take some time so be patient.
The same vendor encouraged to buy this AC.
So my sincere advice, don't listen to retailers and don't buy carrier products.
