The product has inherent design fault. There is weld joint on compressor discharge line which causes leakage. I have purchased two AC's and both have this issue. I communicated with snag to Company but as expected, they wold defend their product. Ultimately its the customer which suffers. So my request it please be aware of this product, I am deeply regretting already.
