Carrier Durakool 1.5 T split AC for my 12x10 room, though costly it is not worth the money.It is noisy and the cooling power is very low. It is an outdated model and does not have many features. No indication to find whether the compressor is working or not, Lookwise it looks like an ordinary box. Carrier Enginners do not have aesthetic sense at all.Waste of money.
Like all brands Carrier has not changed its gas to R410A and it still uses R22 gas which is to be phased out shortly.
