I had purchase a SPLIT A.C. on July-2016, after installation of the same, after two month I am regularly facing many problems, so every time I had taken services from authorized service centre through respective process. The product is under warranty for one year. During this period I had taken many services because, on every servicing only few problem were resolved so that product can anyhow RUNS only. They had never given me any documents of any servicing. On july-2017, against my complaint no-131890254(job sheet no-448) when I received call from company customer care I shared that issues was not totally resolved, so the technician has visited again after few days, checked& informed as everything normal, though I was not satisfied but they committed that after few days they will take the INDOOR UNIT to service centre for better cleaning. So first time they had handover me the service document. The customer care has not confirmed my satisfaction this time. On 12th September 2017 at 7.11PM when I faced again drainage problem from indoor unit, I called on mobile no-09651227880 the local authorized service centre(as he has committed last time), he informed that service centre is already closed and technician will visit on early morning on 13th September. I again contact on 13thmorning, when I don’t get proper response so I lodge a complaint to toll free at 10.45 AM as complaint no- 132060699(job sheet no-380). During that period my A.C. was dead, The technician Mr.Jafar visited that afternoon and informed that PCB was dead and need repairing but not told estimate value, He also informed that earlier technician has BYPASS the fuse system of PCB which should not be done.(WHY NOT CHECKED DURING WARRANTY PERIOD& HOW AN AUTHORISED TECHNICIAN AN UNAUTHORISED SYSTEM). So Mr.Jafar has taken REMOTE& PCB for repairing informing to visit next day. On 14th I wrote a mail to customer care mentioning about UNSATISFIED SERVICES since one year. On 15th Mr.Jafar visited with repaired PCB, but as soon he installed the same the fuse has again damage, so he had also done the FUSE BYPASS as of earlier technician but not completed his work due power cut, Though he committed to visit again after one hour but not visited, when I can contact him at evening he suggested to RUN the A.C.& he will visit next day to resolve other issues. On 16th noon he visits, he just informed that TOP-UP of Coolant gas is necessary to resolve one of issue, so without informing again any estimate cost he has done work. For rest one issue of noise problem he again inform that, For this INPUT UNIT should be taken to service centre for cleaning(AS OF EARLIER), when I informed about earlier conversation he told that it will charged aprox.Rs.3000(FIRST TIME TALK ABOUT ANY CHARGES). Finally he handover Job Sheet mentioning value of Rs.2950. When I made objection that why he had not mentioned any estimate cost& moreover it was their fault as they had done FRAUD SERVICING / COMMITMENTS during warranty period with never resolving all of my all issues. Moreover after charging this FRAUD amount issues were still NOT RESOLVED, PCB fuse is also on BY-PASS. Finally, after misbehaving they had taken total amount from me. I need all money back with servicing of all issues resolve that too free of cost, because since beginning they had done only fraud. With so many services they had only handover only two job sheets. Now, since 21/09/2017 the AC is not working and customer care is also not responding. Though I had lodge complaint to NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM, but it's very worse experience with carrier.
