I have purchased two window type air conditioners on 8th march-14 of Carrier Midea and since the beginning, I have been facing the problem of high noise and vibrations and on complaining to their team, they are trying to convince that this is a normal noise. They make use of Chinese compressors and low quality kits! One cannot even sleep when the compressor starts.
Lot of humming noises and vibrations at the time of compressor start and stop. And when I requested them to change it to split one or refund my money they simply refuse! I burnt my fingers and spent 40000/- on it. Now am moving to consumer forum for justice.
Pls keep away from Carrier!
