On dated 19th March 2011 I registered my Car for Service and received call from your Jalandar service center for same.I handed over my car to Mr Varinder (Supervisor Mobile no 9501333114) with all the required detail, Delivery time confirmed to me was 19th March 2011 4.30Pm.I visited your service center at 5Pm for delivery and this was told to me that water bottle (wiper bottle ) not available in stock so delivery time postponed to 21st march 2011.Today morning I visited your service center and got surprised that my car is not ready for delivery.The problem for which I handed over my car for service is still remain.Moreover few finding
1) Some one stolen my Mobile from my Car while dry cleaning
2) Some one stolen my goggle from my car .(Same was handed over to Mr Varinder )
3) Ac work not done .Still facing same problem.
4) Wiper Issue is still pending.
5) Break light problem resolved by your Service center manager when requested them at the time of delivery.
6) Even while leaving the car nation I was stuck at delivery desk as my car registration no not mention properly.
The matter is already in knowledge of Your service manager (Mr Samarjit 9501166551) and he ensure me that he will look into my problem and revert me on as soon as possible basis,
I handed over my car to Car Nation supervisor .But I feel that I had left my car on road side .This is not the service level which I supposed to get fro Car nation. I was a big fan of Car Nation service and always preferred to Car nation for my all cars .Other car no Pb38B 0807….
Every ting is mention on vehicle request form if required I can forward you’re the scan copy also.
