The santroxing in our house had some problem with tyres. Few mechanic recommended tyre change. We had a doubt if just wheel balancing will work. We searched for tyre dealers and places to change tyres. But not all had both wheel balancing, alignment along with wheel change facility. On searching net, I found carnation. Other advatage was that it is near by office.
On making a cold call, the receptionist and in charge of tyre section Mr.Suresh gave me clarifications for my question over phone without any hesitation or irritation. I decided to give a try.
When I went there next day, I was surprised to see their big facility. They do almost all kinds of service for almost all vehicles. One look at the tyre and mechanic found what is wrong with the tyre(the surface was uneven). He even pointed out the problematic places to me.
As promised they did all the changes in 3 hrs along with tyre change, rotation and balancing.
After the change, the ride was smooth. They accepted payment through card, which is not in many of the service stations.
