Here I am sharing my bad experience with Carnation Auto NS Palya Bannerghatta Branch.
Be careful as they Steal your things from the Car and says later that they dont know anything & not found any thing inside the Car.. (Manager said that they have returned so many times their wallets to their customers), Even Managers are useless and helpless. They are just to play the front end role and for nothing else.
Manager asked me to give the code number that I received to my mobile if satisfied. They trapped me with the way of their guest service. I gave him the code which shows that I was satisfied with their service..I thought that Car servicing also must be good, but really not..
Sub-staff (who cleanes your Car) were brainless, Manager told me that my car is ready, I went there and looked at it. there are full of white patches (polish white). I called Manager, even he too showed the boy again and again and finally told him to clean entire body once. I forgot to check my Scotch bottle worth of RS1500/- inside the car, must be their boys enjoyed that night. I just paid the bill and left the place. I dont even think of that there will be a chance of getting the things missed out from the car. Its a very big bottle how can it be stolen by not knowing to any second person there.
I went at 9 am and received by around 12.00 noon.
They totally mesmerize the Customers with their hospitality. They trap you by giving you some snapdeal voucher offers/ DealVore or etc. It is worthy for getting it serviced through these vouchers as it will cost you around Rs100 or Rs199/-. Be careful with the thieves hidden in Carnation Auto - Bangalore (NS Palya)
Caution: Carnation, NSPalya, Bannergatta road --- Worst Service, Stole the things from your car..... One of my friends also experienced the same
