Suhana Safar Aur Ye Mausam Hasin, Hamein Dar Hai Hum Kho Na Jaye kahin. ...

It is bound to happen that Aap kho jaye wadiyonme, phijaomein, logomein, culturemein, habitsmein, big salaries main and so on....of course I am talking about country other than native, where your (NRIs') parents are established.

Ha Ha, ye pyar hai parents ka, jo chitthi aanepar aakonmein asu lata hai aur Dil bhar aata hai.

Then, what is solution to career and family go hand in hand??? It's matter to give real thought by each and every person leaving country for more than a year. In this category mostly students, businessmen or servicing class come who desire to lingure (I mean wish to settle) for whatever reasons (or may be obvious reasons). Keep in mind that parents always wish good for their beloved ones in each and every aspect of life whether they live with them or not.

Proposal of ''Dual Nationality'' may be the best solution for the NRIs. I think if they opt for this then there will be great possibility to take care of career and family in the native country in nice way. Here I am using word ''possibility'' as sometimes it may not be possible even when decided under unavoidable circumstances which may be treated as exceptions.

Matter of taking care of aging parents is handled by many however taking care of aging parents that too NRIs' is still more typical. These parents in my opinion may have all facilities in their hand, I mean they are well-to-do people in any kind of society. Still they must be feeling missing something (rather lot more) in their life due to absence of their beloved grown up kids  ( son or daughter) and their families even.

I am writing on this topic as I thought the thinking process should be geared up in the right way. Many times I feel it would be better if anybody (even me) could develop a big-sized ideal residency for NRIs' parents/families in each city to enable them to share their grievances or delights with each other treating all of them as one big family. They will gather together for ceremonies/festivals etc.and will help each other whenever needed. While I expect nice facilities to entertain them and most importantly sufficient no.of cybercafes at such residencies to cater their needs of mailing/chatting with their beloved ones. Isn't it good idea??

Please share with me your thoughts and leave comments. They are bound to help definitely to the concerned. I will finish my writing with the lines  '' Chitthi Aai hai Watanse Chitthi Aai hai ''.
