MY MAIN PUPOSE OF JOINING CL IS TO PREPARE FOR CAT+GMAT, WHICH I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHO INITIALLY PROVIDED PARTIAL INFORMATION REGARDING FEES STRUCTUREOF THE COURSE, WAS NOT ABLE TO CLEAR MY DOUBTS, WAS FORCING ME TO DO PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY TO ATTEND CLASSES
When I went along with my friends on 28th March 2015 to enquire regarding the course and the cost of the course, we met deepshika customer executive, told her my interests in pursuing coaching for both CAT+ GMAT. When asked for discount on fees, she verbally mentioned that students are paying upto 38000 but I would be eligible for a discount and pay 25000 if I pay the full amount of fees within 31st March 2015(but on papers its written as 35000, with discount a 25000).
I attended orientation class the next day where Siddarth took my orientation and he confirmed with me whether I was the one who is going to take Gmat this year. On 31st march 2015, when I go to the institute to pay my fees and attend the classes, I am informed 25000 is only for CAT coaching fees and I would need to shell out an extra amount of 13000 to avail gmat coaching classes.
When enquired with deepshika regarding the same, she said we never mentioned her about my Gmat interests and hence she provied only CAT information on papers.later after telling her my friend also had specified gmat during the talks and also Siddarth enquired with me whether I am the one whoes interested in Gmat.She acknowledged on misunderstanding the matter. 2 PEOPLE HAVE MENTIONED THE TERM GMAT AGAING AND AGAIN DURING THE CONVERSATION, CL EXECUTIVE FIRST MENTIONED WE NEVER TOOK THE TOPIC.
When I mentioned my concern over missing the current ongoing class and requested her to allow me to attend class and once my doubt is cleared regarding the fees amount I would go ahead with payment. Instead deepshika was forcing me to pay CAT amount and later upgrade for Gmat for 38000 and didnt allow me to attend the class nor was helping me with the actual information. Every 2 minutes she would ask me what I have decided regarding payment.
