We purchase travel insurance 13925210 . during Europe trip
my father got cardio attack . did angioplasty in Italy . we cashless claim 80299389 on 17 July 2019. Religare took 6 month to take decision on 16 December reject claim saying patient having history of hypertension . my father never have such history. we summit medical certificate for same, we are asking documents from insurance company for last one month.now company saying documents are confidential . .this is not transparent . you just cant say it verbally .
