They will come to your place evaluate your car for 45 minutes to 1 hour and finally they will give you a price which will not match the market or even if it matches they will turn up without contacting you further.

I tried to sell my car Tata Vista 2013 in Kolkata. Booked an appointment with them drove my car 200 kms as their inspection services were limited to Kolkata. The inspection guy came and toon 45 minutes and performed thorough inspection. When he left he told me I will get the price after successful bids in their website after around 1 hour. However, I did not get the price throughout the day.

Next day a person named Niraj Kumar Pandit, called me and provided me with a price of Rs 91000 out of which Rs 1000 will be their service charges, Rs 1000 will be advance and next business day before they take away the car they will pay me Rs 79000 and hold off Rs 10000 until the Rc is cleared/ name transfer in Delhi as my car was registered in Noida.

I confirmed the price but he never sent me the form to fill up nor paid advance. He told me the bid is still going on which is vague as he confirmed the price after the bid was complete. They never reached out, never picked up my phone or responded to my whatsapp.

They are just a waste of time and they will never provide the deal price in written.
