I ordered a product to gift my mother for her birthday.They missed the actual shipping date because of some quality issue of this product, they informed me via mail and then I requested caratlane to deliver that a bit early, they did that. The product was very good. After the delivery I have received another apology mail from Caratlane regarding the delay shipping and they gave me extra 5% discount of this product for this delay delivery.I have received this discount amount in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
Thank you Caratlane. Their customer service is very good and they respond very well.I have ordered one more diamond jewellery from caratlane and expect they will meet my expectation same as before.
