I ordered a pendant from them, they mixed it up the first time and sent me the wrong one. I did have to wait for some time. But then they did send a replacement with in 2 days.
They compensated for the mix-up by refunding about 50% of the amount of the product. They also followed up with me about the delivery everyday both for the new product and the Refund amount. The person talking to me was courteous and took up responsibility and delivered the goods as per the promise.
I did have some issues with their service but it was satisfying that they handled the issue with promptness and regular follow ups.
