I ordered two earrings worth of 17000+ for my wife's birthday. We were surprised that our first order was delivered but the box is empty. Will update you their action against this complain.they have said they are investigating but in evening got disappointed when they said to recheck the box. Embarrassing.
Continuing my review after 15 days hurdle with this company:-
Out of two earrings we canceled the second order and thanks to caratlane for paying us back.
But guys/girls don't buy anything from this site, as they said that their investigation is over and from their company the earrings were placed in box.
Then they advised us to send them FIR copy, for what cops are saying go to consumer court, consumer court telling other story. Now for INR10422/- we have to hire an advocate and then you know how good is our system while taking decision for fraud cases.
We had 100 of calls from caratlane and bludart but result was zero. And, we didn't get our money at all. And, when you call at their Chennai based customer care office they tell you to call on toll free no. which half of the time don't work and they talk to you like they are not interested at all and reply in very rough language. the CHERRY ON THE CAKE is when you try to continue the call -they say Thank you for calling and disconnects the call.-(Very Funny). Even I remember now their half of customer care employees name.and the most vulgar thing is one of customer care executive called at 9PM at my wife's no to update us and then I had to tell not to call after six.
So, Dears- even company haven't got basic ethics to respond a customer.
End of the day- Choice is yours cause money is yours.Thanks for reading.
