My experience with cartalane is not really very good writing this review after almost 2 month of struggle and still the final product is not delivered as it was promised.
Two months back I visited show room at Pasic mall Khyala for a ring for my wife however weight of the ring was very less as promised so the ring was returned as it was not what was promised.
We gave another chance to Caratlane after reading all the good reviews on line we went for Honey three in one ring weight was nearby what was promised however the deliver date promised was delayed explain there was a design difference and was rejected by Qualty depertment .we received the ring on 21st of may however the design of the ring is still not what was showne in picture I don't know how come a design which is clearly different from the original one is passed by quality department we don't have more time to waste overall experience is really very bad.and all the excitement to gift a ring to my wife is killed after such a long delay.hersh.mehra@rediffmail.com
